Testimonials

I was in a pickle with my 4 year old gelding who was just broken, needed some handling and it was towards the end of the summer, my situation was (still Is!) I’m pregnant with a toddler and working full time. Axel my lovely gelding also required daily checks in his paddock with haylage and water etc throughout the winter and I knew it was going to be a challenge. Becky, I have known for many years, and I knew she would treat Axel like her own, for a very reasonable price Becky has Axel with her herd and provides me with regular updates, photos, videos and let’s me know when he’s been wormed etc. I honestly am so grateful, my horses are like my family and I can be rest assured he is in good hands so I can focus on my pregnancy 🤰🏼 and human family for the coming months!!

Becky is all things equine, and much more. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. This is immediately evident when you witness the unique bond she has with horses and translates equally to the connection she brings to horse and rider. She has a lovely balance of professionalism and practicality and has a great ability to bring a rider on safely with encouragement and support. She is a real ‘confidence giver’ and I trust her judgement completely. The clarity she uses to explain, teach and encourage is supported by endless patience and incredible energy and drive. Even her vocal delivery is measured and relevant, but always encouraging and fun!
It is probably best summarised by my 10 year old daughter, a pupil: “Becky is class”

We are fairly new to Kingsland Stud and I am just blown away with what a fantastic horsewomen Becky is. Becky has a true passion for horses and their well being, and I find Becky's knowledge and guidance invaluable and I really admire her hands on approach. All the horses are in great condition and stables are in great condition and stables are always kept immaculate. The riding facilities are superb and paddocks well maintained and spacious. Becky has helped us through all the problems we've had with my boy Atreus since arriving and no matter how big the issue, Becky was more than accommodating. I'm extremely happy to have peace of mind knowing I can leave my horse in Becky's care and know he will be safe and cared for.
Becky you are truely a credit to the horse world. Thank you for creating sucha wonderful place that we can finally call home for our boy.

I met Becky in a yard that I had Copper on DIY livery, nearly 2 years ago and since the day I met her she has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable towards both me and Copper. I was 21, trying to balance working 3 different jobs, my horse and a busy social life. Becky would always give me a call to ask if I needed any help feeding/turning out around my busy schedule. When it came to moving Copper from his previous yard it was a no brainer to go to Kingsland Stud. I get regular updates on Copper and his friends for a very reasonable livery fee each week. Copper's happiness and amazing condition says a lot about the care he is getting and I would be very happy to recommend Becky and Kingsland Stud to anyone - I have to give Sophie a shoutout too, to be fair, Copper has received endless cuddles and carrots since the day she met him.
